Before your first class
We are so excited to welcome you into our space. We recommend booking before class time but also welcome walk-ins.​ Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can get you set up at the studio.

We are a cashless studio. We will accept credit cards, debit cards, venmo, or zelle.
What to expect during class​
We have mats available for rent and water bottles available for purchase, or you may bring your own with you. Find your spot in the room and your teacher will guide you.

Where to park
Weekend Classes
All weekend classes can park in our parking lot located on the corner of Silver and Spring St.
Weekday Classes
All morning classes before 9am & all evening classes after 5pm can park in our parking lot located on the corner of Silver and Spring St.
All mid day classes, please park across the street in the parking lot attached to the back of Spring Street Studios. Below is a picture for reference of the lot (blue outline) and walkway to studio (red lines).
